Personal data protection audit

As part of the audit, the following activities will be completed:

  • Establishment of collections of personal data that will be administered by the Client
  • Examination of the Client's existing internal documents
  • Analysis of agreements related to the processing of personal data
  • Establishment of principles of processing personal data in terms of their legality and appropriateness
  • Examination of technical and organisational systems of personal data protection

Following the audit, the Client receives:

  • A report
  • The full documentation, i.e. Security Policy and the Information System Management manual
  • Applications for the registration of the collections of data by the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection or a model of an internal data registry
  • Templates for clauses and agreements required by the law that were subject of the audit
  • A consultation package
